Yes, for years. And let me tell you, if I can figure out a way to have personal time to myself, when I've lived on a tour bus full of Grammy award-winning artists and their entourage - literally sleeping in a rack (tour bus bunk beds that are 3 stacks high) between 300lb security guards for years, then I can make sure you have the time and confidence you need to do the things you really want to do too.

Whew, I’m so glad to hear you say that. Coach groupies weird me out as much as the coaching industry does in general. I love coaching - but I’m skeaved out by all the overly caffeinated people pushing clichés and telling us that we have to grab life by the horns or else. Ugh, that’s all well and good for 20-something dudes with testosterone fueling them while someone at home does all the cooking and shopping and social planning for them.
